Ignore the naysayers.

Naysayers, Haters, ¬†Critics & Trolls. They are everywhere. Some do it intentionally and some not so much. Either way, a learning curve I have had is that most people really don’t know what they are talking about. People often give advice on subjects they only have opinions on which, funnily enough have been formed from hearing others opinions. Unfortunately, I have seen so many people get discouraged and even quit on what they really want out of life because they listened to a naysayer. In Australia we are rife with tall poppy syndrome. Karina and I are anti tall poppy. If you look at the picture below, you will see Myspace’s Tom Anderson posting about something on twitter and a troll with an opinion decides to bring him down. The response is priceless but what I hope to highlight is that most people have no idea what they are talking about. If you have a mentor, plug into them. If you don’t, find one. If you have friends that don’t support your dream, rethink your friends. Life is too short to listen to naysayers.
